Submission Policy

Jongleur Pictures LLC, Gary Revel, Jongleur Books, Jongleur Music, Gary Revel companies and subsidiaries or affiliates thereof policy is does not accept or consider creative materials, ideas, or suggestions other than those we specifically request. We ask that you do not send to us any original creative materials such as screenplays, stories, original artwork, content, productions, media, etc. We are constantly working on new projects and must avoid any misunderstandings due to anything proposed and those things we have developed within our businesses or independently. All communications or materials you transmit to us by electronic mail or otherwise must be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. All materials received by us in this context may be used by Gary Revel and/or any of his companies or their affiliates for any purpose, including, but not limited to, reproduction, marketing, disclosure, transmission, publication, broadcast and posting. Furthermore, Gary Revel and his companies are free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques contained in any communication you send to us for any purpose whatsoever including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing and marketing products using such information. By the communication of the transmission of information to us you waive all rights to such information you have transmitted and hold us blameless in any use of such information or transmission. In practical application this is a waiver of your rights if you submit any material without getting a written/email or other such understanding before you submit.>

1. ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, EMAILED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE LISTED, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT THE COMPANY IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTION.

YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE LISTED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR CONTENT OR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY AND THAT THE RISK OF HARM OR DAMAGE FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH YOU.

THE LISTED is controlled and offered by GARY REVEL in the United States of America. GARY REVEL makes no representations that THE LISTED is appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who access or use the Service from other jurisdictions do so at their own volition and are responsible for compliance with local law.

2. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless THE LISTED, its parent, Gary Revel-Sole Proprietor or company or corporation, officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to THE LISTED (ii) your violation of any term of the POLICY; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your communications or other actions caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use or communication with or about THE LISTED.

3. Ability to Accept These Terms

You affirm that you are either more than 18 years of age, or an emancipated minor, or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms, and to abide by and comply with these Terms. In any case, you affirm that you are over the age of 18, as the THE LISTED is not intended for children under 18. If you are under 13 years of age, then please only communicate with us with legally authorized acceptance of these terms. Talk to your parents, legal guardian or responsible party about what is appropriate for you.

4. Assignment

These Terms, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by Jongleur Pictures LLC without restriction.

Note to writers-creators of content, product and/or media: Please understand that this is a legally binding policy and we do not make exceptions for those who say they did not read it before they submitted. Our attorneys are instructed to proceed and take any legal means to protect all rights of Jongleur Pictures LLC, Jongleur Books, Jongleur Music, Jongleur Music Pictures, Books, Music, Art, Gary Revel, and our associates.
