My dear Lord Jesus. I need to forgive others even as I ask for you to forgive me. I know that the you tell us to pray,
'Forgive us our sins as we forgive those who sin against us.'
Sometimes I am not perfect and fail in my goal to be the Holy Spirit Filled perfect example for myself and others.
I am sorry that I haven't been able to fulfill that goal. I ask you to forgive me for all my sins, transgressions and shortcomings even now as I pray this prayer.
I do now forgive anyone and everyone that has sinned against me, transgressed my life in anyway whatsoever or failed me in any way.
I thank you Lord for I know you hear and answer our prayers. I ask you Holy Spirit to come and be my perfect guide and inspiration. Be in me and on me to constantly help me to watch my every word and deed so I don't fail in my goal of being an example for Christ Jesus in this world. In all humility knowing I cannot do this without your help, oh Lord, I pray.
