As I research facts and details for the 'Dream Killers' motion picture development project disturbing details come back into view well after my 1977 investigation.

John Millis was a CIA Case Officer and at the time of his suicide a staff director of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.
In a February 18, 2000 interview by Vernon Loeb of the Washington Post, Millis was highly critical of CIA Director John Deutch and President Bill Clinton.
In May of 2000 the Select Committee on Intelligence for which Millis worked released a Final Report on their 4 year investigation into the alleged involvement of the CIA into cocaine trafficking in the United States. The Select Committee found that there was no evidence of such involvement in spite of having over 6,000 pages of documentation that rebutted such a finding. Much of the evidence in the documentation showed a connection between CIA operatives and the trafficking of cocaine and heroin over a period going back to the 1960s.
That investigation had been, to some extent, prompted by stories in the San Jose Mercury News and other news publishers starting in 1996.
Millis was a Republican who had been appointed to his job as Staff Director by Republican Chairman Peter Goss, who like Millis had been a Case Officer for the CIA.
Once again we see a clear conflict of interest problem in a U S Government investigation that is controlled and directed by those who have a vital interest in manipulating the final report in favor of the CIA. This is a similar problem I found as I investigated the assassinations of President John F. Kennedy and the Reverend Martin Luther King Jr. in 1977 in relationship to the HSCA-House Select Committee on Assassinations. The CIA managed the flow of evidence and all other information related to the CIA's involvement in the assassinations of JFK and MLK so as to preclude any finding of their guilt in the entire matter.
Officer Jeff Morrison of the Fairfax City Police Department is reported to have said that John Millis was found dead of a self-inflicted gunshot wound when police arrived at a motel after receiving reports of a man threatening suicide. Here is another former CIA Case Officer dying mysteriously or 'committing suicide' after volatile procedures or processes related to possible wrongdoing by the CIA. I know very well how the trafficking of Heroin via the Heroin Pipeline from Southeast Asia to the United States and beyond had much to do with the assassinations of JFK, MLK and RFK. During my investigations I found the relationship of the history of these things, though complicated overall, become rather simplistic in a straight line sort of way where one thing leads to another, then another and then another. I started investigating the assassination of Martin Luther King Jr. in 1977. One thing led to another and I have been investigating assassintions now for over 40 years.
My findings in my investigations of the JFK, MLK, RFK, John Lennon assassinations and the attempted assassination of President Ronald Reagan leave me with no doubt whatsoever that a few CIA officials, the Mafia and some contract operatives are responsible for the killings.

Before his death, E. Howard Hunt, would offer a number of confessions to being part of the secret operation to kill President Kennedy. He fingered:
Lyndon B. Johnson: LBJ, whose own career was assisted by JFK nemesis J. Edgar Hoover (FBI), gave the orders to a CIA-led hit team, and helped guide the Warren Commission/lone gunman cover-up.
Cord Meyer: CIA agent, architect of the Operation Mockingbird disinformation apparatus, and husband of Mary Meyer (who had an affair with JFK).
David Atlee Philips: CIA and Bay of Pigs veteran. Recruited William Harvey (CIA) and Cuban exile militant Antonio Veciana.
William Harvey: CIA and Bay of Pigs veteran. Connected to Mafia figures Santos Trafficante and Sam Giancana.
Antonio Veciana: Cuban exile, founder of CIA-backed Alpha 66.
Frank Sturgis: CIA operative, mercenary, Bay of Pigs veteran, and later Watergate figure.
David Morales: CIA hit man, Bay of Pigs veteran. Morales was also a figure involved with the assassination of Robert F. Kennedy.
Lucien Sarti: Corsican assassin and drug trafficker, possible "French gunman," Grassy Knoll (second) shooter.
