Explosive new book confirms that, Oil Man, H. L. Hunt indeed was part of the effort behind the assassinations of JFK, MLK, RFK and Jimmy Hoffa. John Currington was Hunt's right hand man for many years. It is his story that unravels the details and makes it clear that the wealthy H. L. Hunt used his money and his political and business influence to push for and succeed in accomplishing the killing of those 4 men named above.
The book begins by pointing out that in the late 1950s and beyond JFK's killing in the 1960's Hunt had a Life Line radio program in which he spread inflammatory propaganda against those he didn't like. Most specifically President John F. Kennedy, then Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy, Martin Luther King Jr., and Labor Unions.
After his failed effort to use the 1964 World's Fair to exploit his Life Line program and Lyndon Johnson hinting that it was because of John F. Kennedy, Hunt said to John Currington, "John, I've got a bellyfull of those Kennedy boys. They both need to go."
Shortly thereafter Currington is asked by Hunt to go downstairs to the Mercantile Bank and withdraw $70,000.00 and bring it back up to Hunt's office to be given to Ed Bodine from Chicago. Ed would then take it to his hometown of Chicago and deliver the cash to a person. Currington knows not the name, nor the reason. However Currington does know that Hunt had spoken with Joe Civello about a man of importance named Sam in Chicago, Currington believes this could have been Sam Giancano. The important detail of this is that a few months later JFK was killed in Dallas, not that far from H. L. Hunt's office.
This is a small part of an extensive outpouring of facts and information from Currington's memories that place H. L. Hunt firmly in a position to help in the killings of the four previously listed. After reading it I easily see how Hunt's influence made the killings more likely and how the cover-ups were more easily handled.
As rich and influential as Hunt was it is apparent that his friend Lyndon Baines Johnson had a powerful ally in his quest for the White House. Hunt was among a large following with hate for JFK and the whole concept of equal rights. The means and opportunity to kill people and set others up to take the fall was a plus for the conspirators with Hunt onboard. J. Edgar Hoover had an easy tap for large amounts of untraceable cash in Hunt and a wielder of authority in Dallas that played well in JFK's elimination as well. Hunt's connections to the FBI, CIA and Mafia are clearly a great asset in his ability to support those who wanted JFK, MLK, RFK and Jimmy Hoffa dead, as he did
This is a good book and an important read in that it helps one to understand how wealth and advantage, when used for evil purpose, can influence world events in ways that aren't the best for all.
