New Questions About The 3 Tramps of Dealey Plaza on November 22, 1963 & the Assassination of President John F. Kennedy

The so-called '3 tramps' were photographed in Dealey Plaza November 22, 1963 shortly after President John F. Kennedy's assassination. They were identified as being CIA agents or at least back pocket agents that had CIA credentials at one time or another. The most convincing have been the identities of Frank Sturgis or Daniel Carswell as the first tramp in line and Gerry Patrick Hemming, Carswell or Sturgis as the 2nd tramp. Most who have studied these photos at length are quite convinced that the 3rd tramp is E. Howard Hunt or Chauncey Holt. Both Sturgis and Hunt later would be caught doing special operations for President Nixon in the Watergate Burglary case. The 3rd tramp was also identified by some as Fred Crisman another CIA connected spook.

As the years rolled by the first tramp in the line or first on the left in the picture was thought to be Charles Frederick Rogers. This tramp was called Frenchy after another intelligence agency type. Charles Harrelson, father of actor Woody Harrelson, was thought by some to be the middle tramp in the picture.

During my investigation of the MLK/JFK/RFK assassinations I questioned James Earl Ray about the pictures and he said that one of them looked like Raul. Raul was drop name for the handler of James during his escape from prison up until the day of the assassintion of Martin Luther King Jr. Ray would use the name whenever he phoned a number the handler would give him for instructions on his next move. More often than not the number he called would connect him to someone at Carlos Marcello's Town and Country Motel, 1225 Airline Hwy, New Orleans, Lousiana. A voice would tell him where to be and to some extent what to expect for his next drug run or illegal weapons sale. He would be at the place and time as instructed and meet with a person who in could have been a number of individuals. He told me that there was several Raul types that he meet with at different times and for different purposes. Based on his descriptions they could have been E. Howard Hunt, Frank Sturgis or Gerald Patrick Hemming. 'One was much taller than the others.' James Earl Ray had told me. My investigation convinced me that E. Howard Hunt was one of the tramps and one of James Earl Ray's Rauls.

Finally arrest records were 'found' that seemed to prove the 3 tramps were not connected to the CIA, FBI or any other government agency but were really tramps. 2 were found alive and admitted that they were indeed 2 of the 3 tramps. The 3rd was deceased. There is a simple but remarkable problem to their confession. In both of their separate interviews and their consistent and continuing accounts they say that they stayed overnight in a shelter and then got fresh clothes, showered and shaved then ate before heading to the tracks behind the grassy knoll at Dealy Plaza. They were supposedly in a freight train, where they were later found by Dallas Police Sargent D.V. Harkness after the shooting of JFK.

Then came, Chauncey Holt. He said he was one of the tramps and Charles Harrelson was another. Charles is in Federal Prison for killing a judge in Texas. Photographic experts have compared the pictures of the tramps and stake their reputations on Chauncey and Charles being among them.

In any case the story of real tramps doesn't fit. If you look closely at the picture you can see that neither the jeans of the first tramp or the disheveld dirty clothing of the E. Howard Hunt-Chauncey Holt look-a-like would pass for fresh clothes, not even for a tramp. So you see that takes us right back to where we have been for over 40 years. Who are these 'tramps'?

The Lone Gunman Theory:
In 1977, after about a year of investigating, I found that the assassinations of JFK/MLK/RFK were not the result of a lone gunman in either case but rather a highly organized criminal operation that included using Lee Harvey Oswald, James Earl Ray and Sirhan Sirhan as subjects set up to be found guilty of the killings. I have continued to research and investigate over the past 36 years and am even more convinced of my findings. Evidence continues to come forth that further proves there was no lone gunman crime involved but rather it was a highly organized conspiracy with a continuing cover-up. Before his death, E. Howard Hunt, would offer a number of confessions to being part of the secret operation to kill President Kennedy. He fingered:
Lyndon B. Johnson: LBJ, whose own career was assisted by JFK nemesis J. Edgar Hoover (FBI), gave the orders to a CIA-led hit team, and helped guide the Warren Commission/lone gunman cover-up.
Cord Meyer: CIA agent, architect of the Operation Mockingbird disinformation apparatus, and husband of Mary Meyer (who had an affair with JFK).
David Atlee Philips: CIA and Bay of Pigs veteran. Recruited William Harvey (CIA) and Cuban exile militant Antonio Veciana.
William Harvey: CIA and Bay of Pigs veteran. Connected to Mafia figures Santos Trafficante and Sam Giancana.
Antonio Veciana: Cuban exile, founder of CIA-backed Alpha 66.
Frank Sturgis: CIA operative, mercenary, Bay of Pigs veteran, and later Watergate figure.
David Morales: CIA hit man, Bay of Pigs veteran. Morales was also a figure involved with the assassination of Robert F. Kennedy.
Lucien Sarti: Corsican assassin and drug trafficker, possible "French gunman," Grassy Knoll (second) shooter.

Another problem with the "Lone Gunman Theory" is:

A little over 6 months before JFK was shot Oswald attempted to shoot and kill General Edwin A. Walker. He held the rifle, braced on a wood fence, aiming it at the sitting-still Walker about 100 feet away, fired and missed. This is the same shooter we are expected to believe shot the moving target of JFK at 175 feet and 265 feet with 2 shots out of 3 fired in less than 6 seconds from the window of the 6th floor book depository. If he couldn't hit a sitting-still target at 100 feet, what makes us think he could've hit JFK?

With the 50th anniversary of the assassination of President John F. Kennedy comes a renewed interest in reminding ourselves of the injustice of using the lone gunman assassination theory to explain away all the evidence that clearly shows these killings were operations requiring a number of experience professional criminals and the following cover-up a monumental effort. The current onslaught of major news organizations productions proclaiming the guilt of Lee Harvey Oswald is a sad but powerful effort to make the public accept the Warren Commission Report; there is an operation in effect, using propaganda, to convince us all of the 'Lone-Gunman Theory'.

It is March 23, 2019 and I am writing screenplays that will make entertaining movies and also bring understanding to the complexities of the assassinations of President John F. Kennedy, Martin Luther King Jr, Senator and Presidential Candidate Robert F. Kennedy, John Lennon and the attempted assassination of President Ronald Reagan.
